Andrew Christian

So if you have any interest in underwear, you know who Andrew Christian is. Hell, if you’re  gay man, you know who that is. I’m sure anyone who has stumbled upon this has probably worn at least a pair of their underwear. If not, I’m hear to review them overall, as a brand.

So, they’re selection of underwear isn’t exactly diverse. Most of their stuff is rather tame, and once you buy one of their trunks, you’ve pretty much worn them all. Yes, they don’t have a huge diverse selection of items that are drastically different, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t great. While they aren’t the most extreme, they are extremely comfortable. Andrew Christian has some of the most comfortable underwear I have ever worn. Most days, I forget that I’m wearing anything at all. Which is a plus for some thongs. While a lot of thongs are super sexy, some days you can tell you are wearing them. This is not even remotely the case with Andrew Christian. So it’s definitely something I would recommend you check out. Their thongs are so freaking comfortable. So if you’ve never worn one, they are definitely a good company to start with.

Like most underwear companies, they can be a little pricey. There isn’t much to say on that except they can be expensive. Though, if you sign up for their mailing list, there is a good chance at some point during the month, a sale will roll along. So sign up and you’ll probably see a sale.

As a brand, they attempt to sell sex. Some times they succeed, some times they fail. While their models are theoretically sexy, if you’re into muscle men, it doesn’t always hit the spot. Most of their models start to blend together because their isn’t a huge diversity their either. Like, Andrew Christian, give me some skinnier models or something. Let’s see some diversity there. Also, they produce videos regularly to showcases new designs. They have been doing this for a few years now. When they first started doing this several years ago, I loved them. They were new, fresh, and extremely sexy. Several years later, I’m bored. I’m not sure if I’m bored because I want them to be a little more risqué, or just because I’ve been watching them for years. They just don’t seem to have the same pizzaz that they use to have. It mostly just feels like some sexy men sitting around in underwear, all the time. Like sell me a little more fantasy or something. Or at least just make the jump to porn. I’m not sure what would solve their problem here, it just doesn’t seem to be that great anymore.

Overall, I think they are a great brand when it comes to comfort and style. Their company branding in general could use a little help in my opinion. They seem to focus on the cliche adonis of the gay community, which we all know is only a small portion. So, if anyone from the company stumbles upon this, show the community as a whole, not just the WeHo  boys.

So, definitely check them out!

BodyAware The Jet Thong

So, as a side note, I started reviewing underwear because I could never find any sites that would cater to my own personal tastes. Yes, I like trunks and briefs just as much as the next guy, but I like stuff that is outside of the box. Thongs, jocks, fetish wear, and everything else in between, I like that stuff too. So, as I was.

Bodyaware has turned into one of my favorite brands. They have pretty much every type of underwear you can think of. So up next is the Jet Thong. I purchase this because I was looking for a new thong, but something that has a sleeve that was intended specifically for my penis. While a small pouch can be sexy, it’s nice to have a pouch that would grow with my junk as it grew. So thus I came upon this.

I wasn’t sure what to expect because I had never owned a thong with a sleeve before, so I was pleasantly surprised. When I put it on, I instantly found it to be extremely comfortable. The sleeve isn’t extremely long, but the fabric does stretch quite a bit when it is needed to do so. I was also pleasantly surprised at the pouch meant for your testicles. It’s just big enough to hold them without pushing them together and squishing them.

Not to sound horrible, but I couldn’t stop looking at myself in the mirror. I just really liked the way it looked, on me and in general. Which is weird because I wouldn’t normally do that, but with this I couldn’t help myself. So thumbs up on the sexiness of the underwear, two points to the designers.

Comfort is the most important part for me, and it’s definitely comfortable. Not only is this extremely comfortable, but super functional too. It has a nice sleeve for my penis, but also great for wearing nothing, or under clothes. In other words, it’s great for all occasions. The price range is in the 20’s, so it’s a little pricey but not more than other underwear brands.
